Abbey Clancy 'kicks Peter Crouch out of bed' after 'pathetic' punishment
Peter Crouch has opened up about his marriage to Abbey Clancy, revealing that his wife kicks him out of bed whenever the pair have an argument.
Peter Crouch has confessed that his wife Abbey Clancy often sends him to sleep on the sofa following their disagreements. The couple, who share four children and are well-known for their podcast, The Therapy Crouch, frequently discuss their life as a married couple and parents.
However, in a recent episode, tensions seemed to rise.
In the latest instalment of their podcast, a listener shared that he had been banished to the couch for four nights after upsetting his wife. This prompted Peter, 43, to admit that he too has found himself "been kicked out of bed when he didn't do anything wrong".
Abbey, 38, however, challenged his statement, insisting that she "hates sleeping on my own". She elaborated: "Even if we're not talking, I'd prefer Pete to be in bed with me because I don't like sleeping on my own."
"Pete punishes me in a different way by putting on the pyjamas... which is just pathetic.", reports the Daily Star.
In an earlier episode, Abbey disclosed that Peter dons his pyjamas after they've quarrelled, signalling that there will be no intimacy that night. She also mentioned his refusal to apologise, even when he's in the wrong, adding: "I would love a mature argument - I can't stand carrying it on for days."
Abbey Clancy has humorously revealed that she can "count on my fingers - on one hand" the number of times her husband Peter Crouch has apologised in their nearly 20-year relationship, hinting at his rare admissions of fault. Meanwhile, Peter playfully retorted that he hardly ever makes mistakes, suggesting a light-hearted banter between the pair.

The love story of Abbey and Peter began back in 2006 when they met in a bar, leading to a whirlwind romance that culminated in their wedding in 2011. The couple is proud parents to four children: Sophia, Liberty, Johnny, and Jack.
In a romantic gesture last year, the couple renewed their vows in an intimate Maldives ceremony, surrounded by their nearest and dearest, including their adorable brood.
Despite already having a bustling household, Abbey has expressed a desire to add a fifth child to their family, although Peter seems less enthused about the idea, though Abbey has suggested she's "too old".
