The American Beauty actor last appeared before a British court in June when he was found not guilty on nine charges, including sexual assault, at London’s Southwark Crown Court.

The incidents invoking the charges related to four men and were alleged to have been committed between 2001 and 2013.

Spacey also won a US civil lawsuit in October 2022 where he had been accused of an unwanted sexual advance at a party in 1986.

The new Channel 4 documentary, Spacey Unmasked, aired some brutal allegations against the Oscar winner spanning from 1976 to 2013 and prompted Piers Morgan to reach out in the actor’s defense .

The docuseries saw multiple men making allegations against Spacey including former actor Ruari Cannon who alleged the 64-year-old touched him in a highly intimate way in mid-2013, when Ruari was 21.

Spacey has denied the allegations and claimed the network didn’t give him enough time to respond, which Channel 4 has also denied, and took to Dan Wootton’s YouTube channel to make a statement in the midst of the series’ release.

He told the former GB News presenter over the weekend: “I take full responsibility for my past behaviour and my actions. But I cannot and will not take responsibility or apologise to anyone who’s made up stuff about me or exaggerated stories about me.”
