STRICTLY COME DANCING star Ruth Langsford admitted she was struggling earlier today as the Loose Women presenter urged Instagram followers to help her.

Ruth Langsford pleaded with her 457,000 followers for help as she took to Instagram today.
The 57-year-old, who danced with Anton Du Beke during Strictly Come Dancing last year, revealed that she hadn’t worked out since the BBC show.
In the clip, which showed the Loose Women presenter running on a treadmill, the star confessed that she was struggling after the three-month break.
Speaking to fans, Ruth said: “This is my first workout since I finished Strictly, and it’s so hard!”
Help me! I’m running.
Appearing in good spirits, the This Morning host then exclaimed: “Help me! I’m running.
“Garage work out, it’s freezing as well. Come on join me, let’s get fit together.”
Ruth captioned the upload: “Trying to get fit again!”
The TV presenter also shared a video of herself warming up for the workout, which saw her explain her motivations for getting back in the gym.

In the capture, the ITV favourite opened up about how she felt she’d gained weight since being eliminated from the dance competition last year.
Fans were quick to share their support with the star, with one writing: “You look amazing Ruth!”

Meanwhile, a third supporter told her: “Good luck darling lady.”
Yesterday, Ruth had treated fans to a behind-the-scenes look at her new Channel 5 show, which she will present alongside husband Eamonn Holmes.
In the clip, the 58-year-old broadcaster announced: “Here is Ruth and I, she’s taking these pictures, having a quiet night at home, isn’t it darling?”(sic)
Panning the camera to reveal a filming team, Ruth jokingly agreed: “Very quiet night in.
“It’s not that we bring our work home with us or anything, is it love?”
