All will be judged at some time. Lets analyse society in general. Pretty disgusting, sad certainly, very, very, very sad !
Prince Charles in my book is OK a good chappie.
I believe he is correct regarding GM Crops.
Bannish Supermarkets, restore ,expand the railways / canals, local communities, school playing fields, public loos, post offices, pubs, milkmen, milk bottles, paper bags, fishmongers greengrocers, tenant farmers, local tailors, dressmakers, cobblers. ! On and on and on......
national service, culture, manners, outlook............... ..............

The BEST of the British came out in London for the funeral of a lady much loved and respected the world over.

N. B., was Mrs Parker Bowles also not entertaining her friends at St James' Palace at taxpayers expense whilst Diana's body was lying waiting for burial, right next door?

Charles' mistress was kept hidden from the public during this 'uncomfortable' moment and yet she was entertaining her friends at public expense in the palaces which most find quite appalling.

Camilla was allowed to do as she pleased and given all protection that Diana should have had by people who should have known better.

I am sorry if I gave you the wrong impression when describing the way Diana had callously been selected for breeding purposes and then cruelly discarded, Pendragon.

I can assure you that I do not think this was right , just as most people everywhere think what went on both before Diana's timely death and after is wrong and that Camilla should NOT have been aided and abetted as she was , by the aristocracy and the irresponsable.

I did not mean to give the impression that I approve in any way!

See how far the GM debate has strayed because it was Charles who brought it up?

Perhaps this shows why Charles should NOT be heard if he MUST be seen and why everyone is counting on Wiliam for the future?

WOULD SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME AS TO WHAT IS SO ODD ABOUT A "KILTED MNAN"? HAVE I BEEN AWAY TOO LONG FROM MY COUNTRY?

Time was when a kilted Scot was a sight to be seen. Still is in the parades in New York City and Los Angeles, to name a few. People in the USA cheer when they see the kilted regiments marching down Fifth Avenue. Some of the kilted are Irish regiments too. When a fireman dies in New York City, there is the kilted guard of the honor, the skirl of the bagpipes ina lament.

Has Britain really ditched all that is memorable? That is a pity, because all that is memorable about the British Isles, and especially about Ireland and Scotland is highly regarded and sought after here. People rush to tell you what clan their ancesters belonged to, and people debate which is the best plaid, tartain, and kilt.

And in place of the memorable there are the yobs ruling the streets, and British tourists exporting their drunken binges. Geez, I really must be dated. And I could care less. But a kilted man will never be dated.

It is said that Britain is quickly being overrun by the immigrants. I am wondering just how many of them are on here decrying British tradition. Makes me wonder.

MANY OF YOU SEEM TO FORGET THAT QUITE A LOT OF "THE BEST" OF BRITISH STOCK WENT ALONG WITH CHARLES AND HIS PARAMOUR

Camilla hosted events at his home, she acted the lady of the house, and many of these what you call "upper crust" Britons were more than happy to be there. Many so-called best of Britons as Penny seems to believe (Geez! how outdated can you be?) supported Charles in his deception. It seems that the cl**** system is alive and well in Britain when anyone can post on her statements about the "best of" the British. By whose standard pray? If those who gathered at Highgrove to enable this selfish man with his fantasies are the "best of" British, then I'm glad to have left Britain's shores a long time ago.

The best of the British came out in London for the funeral of a lady much loved the world over, and to the great shock and horrible surprise of the Royal Family. People the world over emphathized and sympathized with the "best of" Britain lining the streets of London.

Get real! Ditch that obnoxious "cl****" act please! This is the 21st century! Get with it!

Since the majority no longer respect Charles and his second wife for their appalling and selfish behaviour over decades, the scandals and the unforgivable way he treated the mother of his children, few will listen to his wild pontfications , which is a shame for the cause he is pushing.

GM deserves careful thought. This is a fact.

Charles CLOSES debates as people are so
angry at his arrogance and the things he comes out with when he has got away with so much, that all he does is dig up his messes and bring them back into people's minds so the whole issue which is under debate is lost and forgotten.

Did the Windsors and in particular Charles and Camilla not carefully SELECT the young, naive and vulnerable Lady Diana Spencer precisely for her blood line, so that she could produce an heir and a spare with the very best of British blood running through their veins and so improve and modify for the better, the Windsor Germanic stock?

Is this not a simple fact?

Is this not precisely why Diana was so carefuly chosen and why she was so quickly and carelessly cast aside?

Was Camilla Shand Parker Bowles not rejected as her seed was unnacceptable and her reputation tarnished by her early bonking?

The truth is the truth and surely if we look at these facts we can see clearly that a form of SELECTIVE BREEDING was taking place?

Surely one who was so closely involved in such careful seed selection, should not stand up, kilt astray, anger surging and attack the world's scientists for their veg. selctions as surely human seed selections are even less ethical than veg. selections?

Lady Diana Spencer was not a veg. and yet look how she was treated and Charles never got up to defend her, even though she was the carefully selected one, as he was busy with the rejected one.

How can the nation take such a man and his old mistress seriously after all the filthy water that as gone under the bridge?

I think Charles is right to open the debate on the Monsanto race to own the world's food seed crop.
It is timely to revisit this issue clearly, as the Labour MP's have only just been bunged. And as Prince to an Island race, We in Britain are able to make informed choices on this issue, whereas Europeans will not be able to.

I would also like to hear the Prince's views on the Global Warming on Mars, where the surface temperature has risen 0.5 degrees. Clearly the "green taxes" have not worked effectively there either......

I'm afraid that the Prince's "Tunnel Vision" has rather tainted the public's regard to him and his old slapper, which is a shame, because there is a role to be filled. We all look forward to King William taking the reins !

CHARLES TOLD US GM CROPS ARE CAUSING GLOBAL WARMING

Charles told us GM crops were causing global warming.

The earth has always gone through periods of global warming and cooling. It is cyclical and this was before planes, trains, cars,factories etc. ever existed.

Of course we must not make things worse for our planet. We should stop throwing rubbish around as it pollutes but we should also stop listening to utter rubbish as it pollutes intelligence too.

The whole Green and Global Warming issue has become political and a great and greedy money maker, just as Charles said the GM crop producers were .

Is Charles not trying to corner the INDIAN and AMERICAN market for his Duchy Original Organic produce so that he can quadruple his sales and profit?

Charles should be made to explain exactly how GM crops cause global warming and his angry pontification should not be done in a flying kilt and a mad rage, but in a calm, scientific and intelligent manner, preferably by a fully qualified person with a good reputation.

GLOBAL WARMING AND TH4E PROVEN EFFECT ON POLAR BEARS

SCIENTISTS have for the first time found evidence that polar bears are drowning because climate change is melting the Arctic ice shelf.

The researchers were startled to find bears having to swim up to 60 miles across open sea to find food. They are being forced into the long voyages because the ice floes from which they feed are melting, becoming smaller and drifting farther apart.

Although polar bears are strong swimmers, they are adapted for swimming close to the shore. Their sea journeys leave them them vulnerable to exhaustion, hypothermia or being swamped by waves.

Just one of the effects of proven global warming.

Ho ho ho ! One big problem with that I'm afraid ....
Global temperature has not increased since 2001.
Now kindly explain HOW, if the Greenhouse Effect is a valid theory, that could possibly happen. It doesn't fit.
By the way, polar ice does tend to melt in the summer and reform in the winter months, believe it ier not. And there is NO decrease in the overall ice on the planet, and in some areas it is actually expanding.
"polar bears, especially the young, are drowning or finding themselves adrift on a small piece of ice." are they ? ? ? ? ?
Don't talk such utter nonsense. That picture was SET UP as most people now understand. And polar bears are **** good swimmers - they can swim MILES ! How do you think they have survived in that environment ?
They wouldn't be sitting on a small area of sea ice unless they wanted to be.

His position in life - one of ridiculous privilege where some flunkey is required to squeeze toothpaste onto his brush, and generally having a lavish lifestyle funded from our taxes - not to mention his infamous penchant for chucking chairs around in a temper, disqualifies him from ever being taken seriously by us "ordinary" people. For he simply does not have a clue about how we normal citizens live.
Furthermore, having a plummy accent and HRH in front of one's name does not automatically make one an intelligent commentator and, judging by his brothers' "achievements" in life, it may well indicate exactly the opposite. Royalty are not immunised at birth against stupidity.
And all that is without mentioning serious lapses of judgement, including references to Tampax in a certain context !
He should shut up and keep a low profile.

Global warming is real and frightening. Many mistakenly believe that global warming means just that, heating up, not taking account of another extreme, extreme cold. I believe it is happening and this time it is severe.

If you have any doubt, read up on the plight of the polar bears, seals, and arctic fox. They are losing the ice they depend on, and polar bears, especially the young, are drowning or finding themselves adrift on a small piece of ice.

No matter, there was a big ballyhooooooo when someone took the trouble to do some sailing and discovered that the world was not flat. There are always the naysayers, and the lazy who don't get off their derrieres to find out.

In these days of threats of terrorism, following 9/11 and the awful attack in London, you'd better be careful what you deem freedom of speech. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure that one out.

Making a threat of assassination is not only guaranteed to get you arrested, it is outrageous! A threat is a threat, and you can consider yourself to be free to make it, but hold your breath briefly for the response. That is madness!

Just a thought - nowhere, in my view, do you see freedom of speech and guaranteed than in Hyde Park, London. You can get on your soap box and say anything - provided you are not a threat to others.

If the brusselsprouts handle is anything to go by -- I could say a lot about Belgium, too. In Britain, you are guaranteed the right of free speech and it does included the the Royal Family.
