DELICIOUS PASTRY: Fatayer Thursday March 4,2010 FATAYER is a delicious pastry that hails from Lebanon. These easy to cook spinach pies are perfect finger food appetisers and they taste great. Serves 6. INGREDIENTS 4 Turn the dough out on the work surface and knead for a couple of minutes. With a rolling pin, roll the dough out very thin, but not so thin that it will break. Cut 4in squares with a pastry wheel, place a heaped teaspoon of filling on each square and fold into a triangle. Pinch the edges together and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
