The one gesture that shows Prince William is 'super confident' in ability to become king

Prince William has adopted one gesture that she shows his growing confidence at being the next King of England. Since becoming the most-recent Prince of Wales in 2022, royal fans have began wondering what type of monarch Prince William will be.

According to one body language expert, it has become clear that he will not be afraid to step up to all the responsibilities expected. Expert Darren Stanton recently said that William has apoted a signal that one often taken on by Hollywood stars when showing their poise and confidence.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Bingo, Mr Stanton said: Prince William, in terms of being our future monarch, has certainly come far in his ability to not only work with members of the royal family or Kate but to also work alone - all whilst coming across as super confident."

He added: "One thing I have noticed with him as of late is that he will widen his stance, which is a new gesture that we haven't seen with William before.

"This is a gesture that pop stars and actors often adopt at red-carpet events, as it denotes confidence."

The expert continued: "With Prince William, we will notice a few gestures where his foot stance is quite wide, and that is directly linked unconsciously to the level of inner confidence and personal comfort he feels.

"Therefore, he doesn’t come across as nervous, as he looks and appears comfortable in his own skin." Prince William has made a few appearances on red carpets across the world over the years, including ones alongside his wife Princess Kate.

One of his notable appearances is on the carpet at the 2023 Earthshot Prize in Singapore.
