The former Ukip leader took aim at the outspoken pop star in an advert for his new LBC radio show.
In the clip that has been viewed over 200,000 times, Mr Farage poked fun at the “ill-mannered” 31-year-old who likened the treatment and coverage of Calais migrants in some areas of the media to Nazi Germany.
She also apologised “on behalf of Britain” to a 13-year-old Afghan migrant and said Britain had put the teen “in the hands of the Taliban” during a tearful programme broadcast on the BBC last year.

In part of the 30-second promotion video, the leading Brexit campaigner, dressed in a suit and purple tie, says to the camera: “[Lily Allen] goes over to the camp at Calais and says ‘you must all come to Britain’ – I think she has lost her marbles”.
Defending herself on Twitter after the video was uploaded on Sunday, the singer tweeted to her 5.8 million followers: “Oh look Fromagerie is trying to publicly discredit and humiliate me, and calls me RUDE!”
In the film, Mr Farage also criticised Ms Allen for photographing him at a private party last summer shortly after the EU referendum.
The singer tweeted a photo of Mr Farage alongside media mogul Rupert Murdoch, writing: “I’m at a garden party. Hope I’m not sitting next to Voldemort or Fromage. I might be sick."

Fellow Leave campaigner Liam Fox, now the International Trade Secretary, was also present at the event.
Alluding to that occasion, Mr Farage said: “Do you know I can’t imagine anybody to be so ill-mannered as to turn up to a private party, start taking picture of myself and Rupert Murdoch and sending them out to the world!”
The clip was uploaded ahead of the first Nigel Farage Show on LBC on Monday night.
The programme will be broadcast for one hour at 7pm on four weekday evenings between Monday and Thursday.
