AIMING HIGH: Hendry Thomas

HENDRY THOMAS has vowed to become as big a hit as Honduras team-mate Wilson Palacios after agreeing to join Wigan in a £2million deal.

Midfielder Thomas, 24, has passed a medical and agreed a three-year deal subject to international clearance. Thomas, a former team-mate of Palacios’s at Deportivo Olimpia, said: “I can’t wait to start now.”
