4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland and the Sunday Express, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

6. Prize includes a two-night stay in the MacDonald Holyrood Hotel in Edinburgh to be taken before 31^st January 2009. Prize cannot be taken during August 2008 or over the Christmas and New Year period of 2008. Stay is based on up to 2 adults sharing a room (twin or double) and includes full Scottish breakfast on both mornings. Plus a 3 course meal for two at Opus 504 restaurant, excluding drinks and extras and two Edinburgh passes.

7. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party within 7 days of the promotion closing.

8. Prize is subject to date and room availability.

9. Transport allowance is included up to a maximum value of £100 in total. Amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. The Promoter’s decision on travel allowance is final.

10. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.

11. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.

12. Prizewinner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.

13. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.

14. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
