ITV Emmerdale exit 'sealed' after Tom King exposed by unlikely villager in killer twist
Emmerdale saw a different side to vet Tom King on Monday night and fans fear he may end up killing someone.
Emmerdale: Tensions rise between Tom and Vanessa
ITV Emmerdale fans think Vanessa Woodfield (played by Michelle Hardwick) could end up exposing Tom King (James Chase) following their row during Monday night's episode. Vanessa was left outraged after Tom had misdiagnosed a dog - telling its owner he would need to put it down because it had cancer.
However, Vanessa was suspicious of Tom's diagnosis and carried out some blood tests on the dog which quickly proved him wrong. The pair ended up having a huge argument which led Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) to intervene. Although, fans have now become even more concerned about the vet and believe if he could kill an innocent animal, he could kill a human.
Taking to X to share their thoughts and theories, one fan said: "Emmerdale He really is a psychopath…anyone that would hurt an innocent animal needs some serious sorting out."
"Vanessa giving Tom a telling-off will backfire on poor Belle now ffs. #Emmerdale," another wrote while a third added: "Vanessa and Paddy need to get rid of Tom before he actually does kill an innocent animal #Emmerdale." (sic)
Someone else stated: "What the hell is Tom playing at, just saying the dog has a tumour when all he's done is felt the lump!? Well said Vanessa! He's a prat. It seems as if he's a corrupt vet as well as an abusive husband #Emmerdale." (sic)

"Paddy and Vanessa putting Tom in his place! Yes!!!! #Emmerdale," another went on.
One fan theorised: "Tom is going to start killing animals before moving on to humans. Obsessed with Vanessa having a go at Tom as he deserves. Vanessa better bring him down love her #emmerdale." (sic)
Could Vanessa end up exposing Tom before he kills someone or will it be too late?
During tense scenes, Tom fumed at Vanessa: "So I am still learning, am I?"

"Well judging by today you have not even mastered the basics," Vanessa fired back. "You never diagnose cancer on spec it is rule one."
Tom replied: "OK, I made a mistake but did you have to revel in it so much?"
Paddy chipped in: "That was damage limitation, she was hardly revelling."
"Yeah, I just love taking the heat for your mistake," Venessa added as Tom fumed: "You totally humiliated me, putting your hand up to silence me!"
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
