SHE'S used to being put through her paces on the maternity ward on Call The Midwife, but tonight Laura Main managed to keep her composure on the dance floor to win Strictly Come Dancing's Children in Need trophy.

The 34-year-old actress and her partner Brendan Cole impressed with their vibrant jive, which won her the coveted prize over her co-stars.
Tonight's competition saw Sir Bruce Forsyth return to Strictly Come Dancing all in the aid of the charity extravaganza.
The 87-year-old presenter reunited with his former co-host Tess Daly as the Call The Midwife cast were put through their paces on the dance floor.
Bruce and Tess ran proceedings as Laura, Jenny Agutter, Stephen McGann and Jack Ashton went head-to-head in a bid to win the coveted Pudsey Glitter Ball trophy.

Stephen and Jenny danced to Moon River whilst Laura and Jack will performed to Tutti Frutti.
Jenny and Stephen channelled their inner Rogers and Astaire – and looked sophisticated in a feathered dress and black tailcoat respectively.

Meanwhile Laura and Jack looked fresh from the 1950s in their laid-back retro looks.
Judging their efforts of the stars were the Strictly judges - Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood.
Equipped with their special Pudsey paddles, even Strictly’s pantomime villain Craig couldn’t help but crack a smile.
No doubt their co-star Helen George will gave them plenty of advice for them.
The 31-year-old has been dazzling fans and judges alike with her incredible routines with partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
