F1 teams to honour Bianchi by carrying #CiaoJules on cars during Hungarian Grand Prix
FORMULA ONE teams plan to carry '#CiaoJules’ on their cars during the Hungarian Grand Prix as a mark of respect to Jules Bianchi.
Bianchi died on Saturday after succumbing to the serious head injuries he sustained during the Japanese Grand Prix last season.
The Frenchman collided with a recovery vehicle that was on scene removing Adrian Sutil's crashed Sauber that had spun off a lap previously.
Bianchi suffered an diffuse axonal injury and was in a coma for nine months as a result.
The FIA have announced they plan to retire his car No 17, and according to The Sun, teams plan to honour the 25-year-old during the race at the Hungaroring.
A minute's silence is also expected to be held before the race.
