Fekir will be out of contract at the end of the 2019/2020 campaign and has shown little sign of signing a new deal.
Punters are growing increasingly confident he will leave Lyon this month and, as a result, online bookmakers Betway have slashed the odds on Liverpool landing their reported target.
Betway’s Alan Alger said: “Liverpool’s chase of Nabil Fekir proved fruitless in the summer, but it appears Jurgen Klopp is back in for the French international.
“We’ve seen significant support for the 25-year-old signing for the Reds over the past 24 hours and he’s now just 6/4 having been as big as 9/2 to move to Anfield in January.
“They look to be the only club in for Fekir and a further addition to Liverpool’s potent forward line will be a big statement to the rest of the Premier League.”

Despite the odds hinting at a transfer before the winter deadline, Reds boss Klopp has previously insisted it would take something “crazy” for him to enter the market.
He said: “If crazy things happen then maybe we have to think new but I don't expect that.
"At the moment it doesn't look like we will be too busy but it all depends on injuries and things like that. In the moment we have each position twice, three times and sometimes four times covered.
"I don't think there is any reason to try to do something really big like bring in another striker.
"We have all that we need. Our job now is to use the quality that we have and to work with it because one player doesn't change it.”
