Liverpool are currently fighting Manchester City for the Premier League title and, with the international break upon us, sit two points clear of Pep Guardiola’s side at the summit.
This is the time of the season where everything - months of planning, management and organisation - pays off.
Liverpool are well-placed to win the title they crave so much.
But there can be no denying that Pep Guardiola and his City side have the stronger, better squad.

Liverpool’s biggest signing this season should have been Keita.
Hopes were high when the Reds beat Europe’s elite to secure his signature. But the midfielder has barely had a look-in.
The 24-year-old has made 27 appearances across all competitions.
Jordan Henderson has made 32. Georginio Wijnaldum, 36. James Milner, 34. Fabinho, who himself has struggled with life in England, is on 30.

But Keita’s number, for a player who cost them the best part of £53m, is low.
At this stage of the season, injuries and knocks happen. But City’s bench looks up for the fight.
Keita, however, does not. And Liverpool may see a rusty player low on confidence take to the field more often if one of their other players succumb to injury.
That would put the ball firmly in City’s court.
And the struggles of the Liverpool star are why Guardiola’s side have such a big advantage in the title race.
