But now, Bleacher Report have claimed that Sullivan has told Anderson he can leave if a top-six club come in with an offer.
United need a winger with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer known to be tracking Jadon Sancho. Wilfried Zaha, who left the club in 2015, has also been linked.
Chelsea will need an attacker if Eden Hazard, as expected, leaves for Real Madrid. Although they cannot sign a replacement until the summer of 2020 because of a transfer embargo.
Liverpool and Arsenal, meanwhile, will both look to strengthen in attack this summer.
And, though Manchester City have enough attacking players in their ranks, Tottenham could emerge as potential suitors too.
