Chelsea's recruitment rests on the transfer ban says pundit
Chelsea boss Sarri will be unable to sign players this transfer window with the club currently banned from adding to their squad.
The west London giants have been slapped with the sanction by FIFA and, as things stand, are trying to get it overturned.
Chelsea have appealed the ban to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and may get a verdict before their Europa League final showdown with Arsenal on May 29.
The Premier League transfer window is currently open and Sarri is working with one arm tied behind his back.
