FOUR loan stars Chelsea could use that would feel like new signings
CHELSEA will not be able to make any signings this summer unless their transfer ban is overturned. Express Sport takes a look at four loan stars the Blues could turn to instead next season.
Chelsea might be without Antonio Rudiger at the start of the 2019/20 campaign due to injury but they have the perfect man waiting in the wings to step in.
Kurt Zouma, back to fitness and his best form after spending this season with Everton, is a solid defender for Sarri to turn to.
The 24-year-old will be eager to get his Chelsea career back on track having suffered a career-threatening injury a little over two years ago.
And he could strike up a great partnership with David Luiz as Sarri looks to build on this month’s third-place Premier League finish.

Reece James
Wigan fans will be sorry to see the back of Reece James after the 19-year-old made his mark during an impressive breakout campaign under Paul Cook.
The full-back’s performances at the DW Stadium earned him a place in the Championship team of the season, as voted for by the league’s 24 managers.
And Sarri is sure to have received glowing reports on a player who should figure as part of his plans for the coming term.
Manchester United and Brighton are reported to have cast admiring eyes towards James and Chelsea would be foolish not to promote him to their senior squad.
