Maradona's finest hour in an Argentina shirt came at the 1986 World Cup in Mexico.
He led his country to glory, scoring five goals and providing two assists, including the infamous Hand of God goal against England.
Many compare Maradona to Barcelona's Lionel Messi in terms of style of play.
Messi is also regarded as one of the greatest players of all time.

But Wenger says until Messi wins a World Cup, he will always be second best to Maradona.
"It is strange because today, they still have the best player in the world, Argentina," Wenger continued.
"But he could not deliver that World Cup to Argentina and you feel, even Messi knows, that as long as he doesn't do that, he will live in the shadow of Maradona."
