Chelsea icon John Terry is reportedly keen to take over as Nottingham Forest boss if Chris Hughton gets sacked. Terry enjoyed a brief loan spell at the City Ground in 2000 before he broke into the Chelsea side.

“Obviously [I'm] always waiting [for a management job],” Terry said last week.
“But the idea was to step away, spend a year with the family and then see what comes up.
“We're a month into the season. I'm sure jobs will come up and I'm there and waiting and doing what I need to do in the background. But if not, I'm enjoying my time with the family.
“It was a great experience for me [at Villa] so I’m very thankful for the opportunity I had there.
“But I think everyone knew when I went in there that I wanted to be a number one and that’s very much at the forefront as I speak.”

Forest took the lead against Cardiff City on Sunday as they went in search of their first win of the season as Lewis Grabban notched midway through the first half.
But Rubin Colwill struck a brace for Cardiff after the break to condemn Forest to yet another defeat.
“I understand it's about getting results,” Hughton said after his side’s latest loss.
“I have to believe I can do that [turn things around]. I have to. I have a group of players, I have a responsibility and we have to get results.
“However it happens, we have to find a way to win matches. That means players stepping up to the bar. That means players gelling together and all of us doing enough to get results.

“It’s a hugely disappointing result. And one thing I can tell you is I’m as disappointed as anybody.
“This is the job I do. I’m only thinking about how we get a result on Wednesday night, because this club deserves it - the supporters deserve it.
“I’ve got a group of players here who desperately want to get a result as well - but we have to go out and prove it.”
Forest host Middlesbrough on Wednesday night and a defeat will see Hughton well and truly staring over the precipice.
