host relegation-bound at Old Trafford this afternoon as looks to strengthen his grip on the European places. The Red Devils returned to winning ways in the with a 4-2 triumph over rock-bottom last time out.

Burnley's visit to M16 is expected to produce another victory, but Ten Hag continues to contend with several high-profile injury problems. Express Sport runs through the Dutchman's likely team.

Goalkeeper - Onana

Andre Onana offered Sheffield United some unlikely hope with his midweek howler. He has gone seven games without a clean sheet.

Defence - Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Maguire, Dalot

Ten Hag is still without seven defenders, including every senior centre-back except Harry Maguire and both his left-backs.

So Casemiro will have to cover alongside Maguire at the heart of the back line, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot operating on either side.

Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw are set to return to team training next week, while Ten Hag also expected Raphael Varane to feature again before the season concludes.

Striker Ethan Wheatley became the 250th academy graduate in United's history on Wednesday. Louis Jackson and Harry Amass are bound to join him on the bench again; either of them could be in line to become 251.

Midfield - Mainoo, Eriksen, Fernandes

Ten Hag has confirmed that Mason Mount will return to the squad this weekend after missing the last two games through a fresh injury.

The United boss will have been happy with his side's dominance on the ball against Sheffield United, so Mount should join Scott McTominay and Sofyan Amrabat on the bench.

That's because it'd be a surprise if Ten Hag didn't field an unchanged midfield three. Christian Eriksen brought much-needed control last time out.

The experienced Dane should partner Kobbie Mainoo and Bruno Fernandes again, but McTominay may be in line to start if he's back to full fitness.

Attack - Amad, Garnacho, Hojlund

Antony was given the nod ahead of Amad Diallo to replace the injured Marcus Rashford in the team midweek. However, the Brazilian right winger was ineffective, as he so often is.

It wouldn't be a shock if Ten Hag stayed loyal to his £86million man against Burnley, but it would make more sense if Amad gets a chance from the start. That would go well with frustrated supporters.

Rasmus Hojlund ended his goal drought to add a fourth against Sheffield United, and he'll be hungry to reach the 15-mark in his maiden season with another strike against Burnley.

On Friday, Ten Hag also said he believed Anthony Martial, who has been out since December, should play again for the club after joining Shaw and Martinez on the grass this week.
