The Argentine striker has become a first-team regular at the San Siro this season, taking just 33 appearances to score 20 goals as a result.
Various outlets have linked Icardi with a big-money move to the Premier League this summer, with both Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho apparently looking for more firepower.
However, Inter Milan are believed to be in contract talks with the 22-year-old, who still has three years to run on his current deal.
And speaking to Calcio2000, Icardi revealed that he is enjoying life under Roberto Mancini, adding that he is not concerned by rumours speculating where his future lies.

My future with Inter? I still have three years on my contract

He said: "At [former club] Genoa I ate well but there were no Argentine restaurants.
"Here in Milan there is everything. I am happy because I eat Argentine [food] and I think [as a player] there is so much still to improve.
"Mancini always tells me that I have to learn to play more with the team, talk more with my companions and not to be alone in the penalty area waiting for the ball.
"My game is changing. My relationship with Mancini? It's good, I've always had good relations with all the coaches I've had.
"My future with Inter? I still have three years on my contract. If I renew, my Inter story could be even longer. If I don't renew, however, I still have three years remaining on my deal."
