Christian Benteke has reportedly agreed personal terms over his move to Liverpool.
Liverpool have agreed to meet Benteke's £32.5million release clause at Aston Villa.
And according to sources in Belgium, the 24-year-old's move is set to be completed at the weekend.
"I think they've already agreed terms so that won't be a problem, I think it's just formalities that need to be done," Belgian journalist Kristof Terruer said. "I'm told that the deal will be done before Monday."
Pedro has a £22m release clause in his contract and has admitted he could leave the Nou Camp this summer.
And Spanish newspaper Sport report Liverpool are eyeing the winger with Blues boss Jose Mourinho cooling his interest.
