Eden Hazard has still failed to score a Premier League goal for Chelsea this season
Hazard, 25, has had a woeful campaign after being named PFA Player of the Year last season – and incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte is willing to sell him.
Chelsea have instructed Europe’s top agents, who specialise in top level transfers, to drum up interest in Hazard.
He is a long-time target for Spanish giants Real Madrid – and Hazard himself has admitted it would be hard for him to turn down Paris Saint-Germain, who also would want to sign him.
But after a string of lacklustre performances this season, Real and PSG are backing off from the asking price of around £80m – with both clubs keen on a deal nearer to £60m.
