“Oscar will soon arrive in Shanghai to complete the medical examination,” the statement read.
“Oscar made his debut in Sao Paulo and has a very superior technique, is capable of playing as an attacking midfielder and winger, has accurate passing and movement, protects the ball and at the appropriate time delivers the fatal pass.”

And Shanghai claim there was interest in the midfielder from other european clubs before he made the switch from Santos to Stamford Bridge.
