Real Madrid are reportedly locked in talks over a deal to sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard in the summer.
The 26-year-old has been in fabulous form for the Blues this term, firing home 10 goals in 24 Premier League games.
But Spanish news outlet Diario Gol Real want to prise the Belgian ace away from west London.
The report suggests the club’s president Florentino Perez is working hard behind the scenes in an effort to strike a deal.
Antonio Conte has some big celebrations lined up if Chelsea win the title.

Franck Kessie
The Italian tactician is accustomed to success having previously won three Serie A titles in a row during his time in charge of Juventus.
And it seems he will more than let his hair down if the Blues are crowned champions in May.
“Honestly, I hope to have this satisfaction to win the league in England,” Conte told Chelsea Pitch Owners.
“It would be fantastic for me, and I think I can realise a dream for me. I know that it won’t be easy, but we are working a lot to realise this dream.
“When it happens, I’m ready for every celebration for the fans.”
