Gareth Bale insists future is at Real Madrid after Super Cup win
And the Real president has cast doubt whether the Spanish club's pursuit of Monaco wonder boy Kylian Mbappe will succeed.
Mourinho made it clear before last night's UEFA Super Cup in Macedonia that he would head the queue to bring Bale back to the Premier League if Real were ready to sell the Welshman.
But after the game - which Real won 2-1 - Perez told the Manchester United boss to forget it.
He said: "I am not contemplating selling him.

"He is a player of Real Madrid, he is important for us and he is one of the best players in the world."
As for Mbappe, who is valued at £160m by Monaco, he added: "I don't think there will be any arrivals. We have great players."
Mourinho, who has remained friendly with Perez following his three year spell as Real boss between 2010 and 2013, accepted United will not land Bale.
He said after the game in Skopje: "It's over. It's clear they want Bale to stay and he wants to stay."
